About CheckAndSnap

A practical way to make shared handovers easier to review.

A clearer record when something changes hands.

CheckAndSnap helps two people document the condition of a room, vehicle, piece of equipment or personal item they rent, lend or borrow. A shared checklist brings photos and notes into one place for the handover and return.

Both perspectives stay visible.

Provider and receiver are roles for a particular case. Each participant can contribute observations. When they acknowledge the same saved version, the record shows which version each person reviewed; differences remain part of that record.

The return uses a saved baseline.

Fresh return observations can be viewed alongside the frozen handover. Available reports can be downloaded from the case.

CheckAndSnap records what participants submit. It does not verify identity, decide responsibility or guarantee that a record will establish a particular outcome.
