For help with a shared case

Open the case's Help & reports tab and use its support access controls. The participant can choose whether to grant explicitly scoped, time-limited access to private evidence. Access is logged. This keeps the case owner in control of evidence sharing.

For account or data requests

Sign in, open Account, then choose Privacy & data to submit an account data request. Shared records can also concern the other participant, so requests are reviewed before action.

You will be asked to sign in before opening account settings.
